About The Event
Anyone coming without an Entry Ticket will be accepted as Public and directed to the stands.
To actively participate to the event you will need to buy the Entry Ticket for the days you want to participate. This will also grant you access to the day's Workshops held by the Instructors, and the ability to request Private Tuitions.
To register to any Tournaments you will need to also buy the tournament-specific tickets, in addition to the event Entry for the day.
HEMA Games, Martial Challenges, Private Tuitions, Saturday Night Dinner will be arranged with participants.

AICS Event Sports Insurance
If you are not insured under AICS you will need to purchase this to have sports insurance and therefore participate to the event.

This ticket grants you access to the event on both Saturday and Sunday, including Workhops and Lectures and the Free Sparring Area. This ticket alone does not grant you access to Competitions, which must be booked with their specific additional ticket. Important Note: If you don't have AICS membership and its sports insurance, you have to purchase it separately too.

This ticket allows you to participate to the Competition of "Earnest Steel Longsword" on Sunday. This ticket is only valid provided you also purchase Envent Access for Sunday and have AICS sports insurance.

This ticket allows you to participate to the Competition of "Earnest Steel Renaissance Sidearm" on Saturday This ticket is only valid provided you also purchase Envent Access for Saturday and have AICS sport insurance.

This ticket allows you to participate to the Competition of "Courteous Blackfencer Longsword" on Saturday. This ticket is only valid provided you also purchase Envent Access for Saturday and have AICS sports insurance.
